radial menu not working

after some time i cant use the radial menu anymore it do not show up anymore
it happens every day after the latest expansion.
only a relog fix this problem but a random other account gets the problem

i still lose every day my radial menu randomly and have to relog

and its gone again like every ******* day and ccp dont care .. so please delete this thread because nobody cares
