Activate Plex...!

Trying to activate a Plex and it states service unavailable at the moment, is there a time frame for this or am I doing something wrong...?

It probably means, "service unavailable at the moment," and you should try again later.

If something in the game is not functioning as intended, file a bug report. Create a ticket with CCP, and inform them that things aren't working for you. They are the only people who can fix and/or make sense of what is going on for you. And don't worry. If it's still not working after ten hours, you can try again in 20 as an alpha. Once you're resubbed, you'll be omega again. If you lose game time because of a problem with the game, you can petition CCP for reimbursement. Just make sure you ask politely.

CCP took the PLEX system offline for a bit to fix some issues and it should be up again now.
