Corporation Recruitment tool needs a rework!!!

Trying to find an active small/medium corporation using the in-game tool is nearly impossible cuz it's full of dead corporations since 2003.
For example doing a search for "Romania" (since I'm Romanian) will return about 100 corps and after going trough ALL of them only 3 were still active in 2016.
Dead corporation ads need to be removed from searches if no active in the corp for a week!
The way it is now that tool only helps you find a corporation if you know what too look for and is of almost no help to new players.

Right now there's nothing stopping idiot corp leaders saying they are active 24/7 with their 20 odd membership but in reality only one or two are active and only for three days a week.

I'd honestly like the server to be able to check average activity of advertised corps over a month or two. Not just checking whether they've been on, but how many and at what times. This would be a god send to new players.

I realise this could be used by enemies, but still worth it.
