Cannot log into alts????

For some reason I'm not able to, log into my alt accounts, I logged out of my main and tried to access my secondary, but alas it said I wasn't allowed to log into 2 accounts at the same time, but I was logged out of my main????????? I was only logged into my secondary????? can anybody help.

I Had to reboot my computer to do it.....
