C3 sites and signatures this is my current goal and i am not sure which ship would be the best to do these sites comfortably, i have read rattlesnake, tengu etc i kind of like the idea of missiles but this mean buying ammo all the time so what other ship and weapon system is good for c3's

Since t3 cruisers are made from sleeper stuff, I would think you could use one of them that used lazors.
