It's time to purchase character for personal use...

Requirements:

• All support skills to 5
• All missile skills to 5 (Specializations are not required, but HAM, HM, Light, Torpedoes and supporting skills must be at V)
• Perfect Caldari Spaceship Command Subcapital skills.
• Ability to fly Pirate ships which shoot missiles will be an asset.
• Tengu skills maximized
• Positive Sec Status, must be able to fly trough all Empire space
• Jump clone(s) with augmentations and implants which maximize damage/defense will be an asset
• Good scanning skills (Astrometrics, Hacking and Archaeology to V, others can be at IV)
