What is going on with OGBs?

Everyone knows they're the most broken, garbage thing in the game, and I keep hearing from people in-game that they're getting nerfed yet I see no news of it and google doesn't have any answers.

WHO HAS THE ANSWERS?

If they're getting fixed give me a link or something.

If not, then what the heck is wrong with you CCP?

Fix links already they're stupid. Off Grid Boosting is cancer.
