In-Game Events and Gatherings

Hello everyone,
In Saturday, 3 December 2016, at Eve time 15:00, I will be hosting a public fleet that will start from Hedion.
The goal will be finding a wormhole that has a gas site, and clearing any/all gas sites from said wormhole.
This event is mostly made for newcomers to Eve Online and introducing them to wormhole life. All ships can be flown by alpha clones, and training times are not so high for them.

Welcome everyone, new and old!
We will be organized from this channel for the event.
Here are the important stuff:
1. Which ships you will use
Cheap microwarpdrive fit or Cheap afterburner fit. Any variation of the propulsion modules is ok, as long as it's cheap.
The expected ship cost will be somewhere about 4.6M isk. Be sure to insure it!

2. Which skills to train
You just need Mining to level 4, Mining Frigate to level 1 and Gas Cloud Harvesting to level 2 at the least. Gas cloud harvesting skill costs a lot: 24M isk. However, it is essential that you get 2 levels on this skill. Either buy this, or be a scanner.

3. The fleet will start at 3 December 2016, at 15:00 eve time.
Meeting point will be Hedion V - Moon 9 - Court Chamberlain Bureau. Why here? Because it's 1 jump away from Amarr, and it also has only 1 station, leaving no chance to confusion (don't dock up at the citadels please!).
The destination will NOT be known by anyone, as wormholes are random, so we have no way of knowing anyway.

4. What to join
We will use the voice chat of discord (no installation required). You don't need to talk, but definitely need to listen.

5. Remember the golden rules of Eve
In this case, 2 of them apply:
1) You may die for no reason whatsoever, so be prepared to die. Wormholes are really hostile places, so this can happen easily.
2) HTFU. Eve is brutal, so don't be extremely mad that you disturb other people if you die or something bad happens. Have some respect to others please!

6. General idea of how the fleet will work
Step 1: The scanners will scan any system close to Hedion. When a wormhole is found that leads to wormhole space...
Step 2: The scanner will notify the fleet and check out the system. S/he will bookmark any gas site and any wormholes. The scanner will NOT warp into gas sites, but will warp into wormholes.
Step 3: The ventures will be led to the gas site by the scanner (or anyone with the bookmark) and the ventures will mine gas. The ventures have 15 minutes to clear the gas site, or they will die to NPC's who spawn after 15 minutes.
Step 4: The scanners will check the following wormholes, leading back to Step 3.

7. General goals and guidelines
*Wormholes are all about risk vs reward. Higher class wormholes even more so. We will be looking to get into very high levels of wormholes for better gas sites.
*BOOKMARK ALL WORMHOLES YOU SEE. Or you'll be lost with no way to go back other than self destruct.
*You make at worst 4M isk/h with gas mining, and 20M isk/h at best, with the worst skills. Better Mining Frigate skills will give you much higher ratios.
*Learn to use directional scanner! (aka d-scan)
*Only 5 types of ships are allowed: Venture, Magnate, Heron, Imicus and Probe. Any other ships will be seen as people who are trying to kill us all.
*Please don't chat in local chat in wormholes, unless generally decided.
