NPC Mining Ops response fleet...

Questions . . .

Let's say I am one part of a 4 ship group. I don't want to call it a fleet. One of us warps in on a NPC mining fleet, and starts to take out one of the miners. The three other ships warp in a few seconds later, but don't fire on the miners. The NPC rescue fleet of 12 warps in, and starts attacking me. Would the other three ships be attacked too? I'm thinking that they won't, unless the other 3 attacks them.

Just trying to think some of this stuff out. Thanks.

The npc's cheat and ignore the marauder e-war immunity bonus. So you still get damped/disrupted/jammed etc


Marauders are NOT immune to ewar anymore, bastion modules got nerfed to give 95% resistance to most ewar, they still receive 5% of applied ewar effects.

The reason people fail to know this is because normal rats still give up using ewar when it's acttive.

It's Sleeper-level A.I.

That means they can switch targets, and will if you use Remote reps/ewar/support modules.

So far I've found it's challenging to do frigs solo, and cruisers require some serious bling to solo, the battleship wave would require a fleet, or maybe a supercarrier to solo. It's like fighting actual players who know how to fit ships but not how to fly them.
