news tickers for citadels

I would like news tickers for citadels... it would look alot better than super long names just to advertise services provided.

a large banner of moving or static text across the citadel / complex

- text configurable in structure management
- text vissable in structure info (something like a BIO for structures)

additionaly a corp or aliance logo banner would be nice as well.
