Ok this is getting a bit ridiculous...

I'm a friendly guy, and typically very patient, but this not getting what I paid for days ago is starting to irritate me.

I bought Premium 3 almost 4 days ago on Steam to start a new account (did not have a free one prior). I have not been upgraded to Omega, or received the PLEX or other items yet. I put in a ticket a few hours after purchasing and not receiving anything, thinking that maybe it would take awhile. I have also verified that my account on the website shows premium as paid under the transaction history.

Now I wouldn't mind waiting on the items, but the lack of upgrade to Omega is really frustrating.

At this point I'd figure the least we could hear is an update from CCP telling us what is going on and how long we can expect to wait. According to the Steam forums and what I've heard in game no one has had a ticket answered (or at least those few that have, have not said they have).

Now, I understand the transition to F2P is daunting. But leaving the people that have paid for something, in limbo, is likely to cause them not to purchase something again if this is what they can expect.

The point of this post is to hear if anyone has heard anything from CCP, and what we can expect?

Sorry if these seems "ranty", just figured something should be said for those people (including myself) that are in limbo waiting to get things that we already paid for.

Sorry, Support tickets are prioritized in EVE. They will get to you, but higher priority tickets or easier to fix tickets jump the queue. I believe they were getting over 1k new accounts per hour, Rookie help has over 6k people in that channel alone. GMs helping rookies in channel are GMs not working on support tickets.

They will get to you, but I understand your impatience. CCP already said they will reim any time lost when they can finally work to you.

A individual response to your ticket may take time as there is currently a large number of tickets being processed. Opening multiple tickets on the same issues will further delay response times across the board. Please be patient. CCP is aware of the hardship this is causing as everyone wants to enjoy killing internet spaceships and they are doing their best to address everyones tickets in a timely manner.
