How long have you waited for the answer or solution for your petition?

Hi

My main from 2005 is still locked out because of "invalid" email issue.

From ingame chat with GM with this newly created alt I got: "Be patient" suggestion.
From filed petitions I got generic auto replies only.
I provided necessary credentials.
+6 days with inability to play and counting.
Yesterday my subscription expired and I haven't renewed it

1. How much is usual wait for stuff like this
2. Will I got my subscription time reimbursed even after sub expired?

Can I at least have official answer before mandatory "redundant thread" lock?

While it's annoying, they won't answer you here, and this will get locked.

Give as much info as possible about the account

* address on file
* last four of the credit card number
* character's names, etc

The more info they have to know you are actually the account owner, the faster they will respond. I got an account back in a similar situation in 24 hours by giving my address, confirming the credit card I had on file with the account, and giving all three character's names

I would estimate that over half the eve's population is currently filing the same petitions as you purely due to the inept ability to not read a dev blog that came out a month prior announcing the need to update your emails for accounts. It will be a first come first serve and they will handle it, but as the count is high, based on what is seen on these forums and the other 200 topic started just like this... they'll get to it when they get to it.

I just asked what's usual waiting time for such issues. It's easier to wait when knowing approx queue length

Also about being inept, some of us have RL which prevents us from hanging here/ingame/onblogs non stop.

Would you agree that such important measure should have been announced directly to users inboxes?
They are sending newsletters periodically, so why couldn't they send email regarding this I would call it very important issue?

I received an email on this devblog the day after it was posted online. The devblog was also a popup on the launcher for at least a week.

That said, it went to my active email and I have it set not to filter them out and also allowed ccp to send me updates via my account management.

You won't get an answer here because ISD's do not have access to the Support system. That ability is reserved for GM's and Devs. I am told that the Que for Login issues is dropping so I wouldn't expect it to be too much longer. Sorry but I can't give you any better information that that.
