Edit. I suppose this was pointless without eveboard working. In the interest of getting any discussion while it's down. The character is really focused on Tengus. Caldari and Minmatar BC5 are the only high SP skills not dedicated to shields, nav, fitting, missiles and everything else used in flying a tengu or required to start training those. People say near perfect a lot, this character has 30.8 million sp and you undock with most of them when you undock your Tengu.
