Cellphone app issue: can only access characters

I was attempting to use the new cell phone app. I attempted to add characters from 3 different accounts. I was unable to add characters from account other than the first account I registered with the software. Even after logging out characters from the first account did not allow other accounts to be accessed even with successful logins.

Is there even an offical way to report bugs for this new program? Is there a correct venue to discuss is? This seemed the closest fit for the forums.
