NPE improvement for non-English speakers

I've noticed that there are many players asking questions in languages other than English in the Rookie Help channel and just as many players/ISD/GM/CPP telling them to join whatever channel dedicated to the language they just spoke.

If I remember right when I first entered EVE, the Local and Rookie Help channels were the only ones open in the chat box.

When a new player joins EVE or makes a new character, wouldn't having all the available Help channels (French, German, Japanese, and Russian) open cut down on the wasteful back and forth between non-English speakers asking for help and them getting told to join some other help channel?

You might think: but that's too many channels/tabs open! The player can always close the ones they don't need.

I've seen players ask for help in Spanish and Portuguese, but there's no help channel for those languages.
I understand that EVE may not have ISD/GM/CPP available to speak all the languages of the world and especially the staff to moderate them all, but I think the benefits of having a channel dedicated for every language out there would outweigh the downsides (the chance of new players getting scammed...)

Anyway thanks for reading.

Almost forgot, please include in the tutorial how to link a person's name in the chat box. I think this is probably the most asked question I've seen so far.

Why sub when you haven't even learned/experienced/mastered all the things an Alpha can do.
