Launcher not starting

Greetings, i haven't played EVE in a while and i decided to play again, but when i finally got the game downloaded i couldn't start the game, it just freeze the screen but in my task manager the "exefile" get stuck in 300mb/400mb of memory.

I can say that my computer isn't the best, but i have played this game before in the same computer so i don't know what's the problem.

I have tried running the launcher as administrator.

Are you using the old launcher? The old one was deprecated not long ago.

Have you tried downloading the launcher again and reinstalling?

I think i have the new launcher, i just downloaded it like 3 days ago, and no, i haven't tried that, but with my slow internet, it will be annoying in case it doesn't work.

But im just gonna try reinstalling
