When the new F2P model was announced I said I hope CCP have a huge influx of support staff to deal with tickets. Now since Nov 15, 16:03 UTC I have been unable to log into my account as I'm sure other people are having similar issues.

A GM did respond to my ticket but all has now gone silent, I can only sumise from this that my point was correct, CCP don't have sufficient Support staff answering tickets. I have now been unable to play on my main for over 4days now and it doesn't look like it will be resolved any time soon, and on top of that when ever I try to get help on the Forums a ISD will come along and lock my thread.

I understand I'm not special and am not the only one having issues but to be unable to play Eve since it's update is a joke, it kinda feels like I'm being ignored and the new kids on the block are taking priority. I sure Hope I get a response ASAP and I get my account back....

This is just going to make it go slower...

It's been 4 days, chill out a little. They will get round to you. Some people wait a week for petition replies.

Besides, why exactly can't you log in? Assuming this isn't your main as you wouldn't be able to post on here due to authentication. Is it an auth faliure or what?

Maybe they can stock up the support now because they make heaps of money from the influx of all the new players who where not willing to pay a subscription but will pay for .. I just lost my train of thought sorry

Just the email verification issue, I have 3 accounts and 2 are OK. But unfortunately it's my main it's locked out and my other 2 are useless without using my main.

I understand 4 days is not long for a ticket, however when that issue relates to me not being able to play the game I think it's a bit unacceptable to be waiting this long. .

The GM's are working on the que as fast as possible, login tickets are getting priority. A GM will get to you as soon as they can.
