Plexed Acount Stuck in Alpha State

I recently plexed one of my accounts in game via an high sec alt, and later found that even though i had revised the notification in game of the 'donated 30 days of Clone State Omega time" my account still dropped in to an Alpha state, and remain stuck there Cry



Ticket submitted and awaiting response, but just wonted to know has any one else had this issue since patch, and or any one knows of a work around.

I had the same issue, donated a plex on patch day, char is still in alpha mode in the client. as per account management state it's a omega clone.

I have "plexed" 10 accounts today at 9 to 10 a.m. eve time... around 4 hours later, the account manangement says "OMEGA".

But if I want to log in, an message appears, saying it would be an Alpha account.

The remaining 29 days are shown in the left upper corner as well.

Same. Noob Alpha account a couple of days ago. Added game time (6mths) around 24hrs ago.
Website account is reflected as Omega but toons are all Alpha...
Bit frustrating because the Omega clock is ticking away (plus it is now Monday afternoon on a long weekend).
