Can't buy PLEX

Hey

I can't seem to be able to buy PLEXs anymore.

Basically says : "Technical error, chose another payment method"
Can't try another method, I lost my credit card.
I could buy PLEXs earlier, what happened with the patch? Paypal is asking for 6 validations before failing!

Also, on the nearly same topic, I bought a PLEX for a month, and the month right after CCP Games automatically bought a PLEX for me.
It's fine, because I'll keep playing. But IMHO it is not very nice to take money from people this way.

- Log into the Support page for eve: https://support.eveonline.com
- Submit a support ticket
- Select type: Billing & Account
- Fill in as much information as you can and describe your problem

I think the Accounting and billing support type tickets go to a different group than the one that handles technical support, so hopefully you won't hit the pretty nasty backlog of tickets going on right now.
