WTB High Standings Caldari Character

I am looking for a character with extremely high Caldari Faction and Caldari Navy standings.

Both standings must be +9.0 or higher, I will not consider characters with standing lower than this.

Post eve boards and I will contact you to negotiate price.

He has a 5.0 Security status and no kill rights
He has 1 full set of Crystals + other goodies in implant slots 6-10
He has 1 full set of Slaves + other goodies in implant slots 6-10
He can fly Marauders in Caldari and Amaar

He is already at 9.2 for Caldari Navy but could train higher with Connections.

He needs to train up 2 levels of Connection to get you to 8.3 for Caldari Faction. That might be the deal breaker. Question
