How to activate this New Player Experience?

Hello, I was wondering how can I active this New Player Experience? All I'm getting are those old tutorials, but I want the new ones, I saw on Twitch.

You have to be on an account created post-Ascension.

I'm going to build a big wall that will keep the Gallente out, and they're going to pay for it!

the New NPE is only available for new accounts. Old accounts (Previous trail accounts and such) will still get the old Opportunity NPE. If you want to try the new NPE you will have to create a new account.
