Custom Label/Tooltip for accounts in launcher

Would really like the ability to modify the default name for an account from the log in name to some value of my choosing.

With many accounts with different purposes, it would be nice to be able to add a note with a tooltip or change the text itself to something more user-friendly than the login name.
