PI Storage facility is useless

I prefer to set up 2 spaceports instead of wasting the same amount of powergrid and get a half size container. Give the storage more space than the spaceport.

yep. its completly ineffective as it is now.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

And it's actually not entirely useless. Sure, when you have CCU 4-5 it is, but when you only have 1-2-3 then you are severely limited on CPU, so putting a CPU hog like a spaceport down eats a lot of what little you have.

Does railgun ammunition come in Hollow Point?

As Tankus2 pointed out with that link, I have already proposed a massive overhaul to the storage facility, along with many other things.
