Issues, Workarounds & Localization

On this account I have been training up leadership V for a few days and been injecting accelerator boosters all along (Bio V so they last 2 days).
Ever since yesterday the skills been hopping between 1d 20h to 1d 13h (which the skill was at before DT on patch day anyways) and never advances. If I check Wing Command I do notice SOME time has been cut in remaining time to train but its also looking like its going back and forth a few hours (has said 6-8hrs to train pre-requisites ever since, also going back and forth).
Within next hour or so I'll be able to inject another accelerator and hopefully it clears up but not looking good. Technically lost day and a half of training on 3 accounts now (other 2 do the same thing). Also trained short train time skills on all 3 and nothing changed on all of them (ones training 8ds and other 9d and both stuck around same times, prereqs show different but no telling).

Anyone else noticed anything like this?

Oh and I did read about them planning a fix for accelerator issue, this is not that, its worse.

EDIT: Just took another accelerator @6:42
Leadership V > 1 day 19H or so before accelerator
Afterwards > 1 day 6H ~13m
Now pre-reqs for Wing Command say 1d 6H as well. Moved me up substantially.


TLDR:
Yesterday before DT > ~8hrs till leadership V trained (accelerator in use/which last 48hrs)
Now after wards (1day + re-applied another 48hr accelerator) 1 day 6H (Wing command pre-req now
also shows this)
