* Lottery numbers will be unlocked once all tickets are purchased.
* Ticket Numbers are given out randomly with API Software.
* Winners will be announced Via-mail list "lotto-49" and given a 2 weeks to claim their prize(s).
* If for whatever reason the lottery does not sell out in a timely fashion, Lottery will become a non-profit lottery, Prize list will be updated to equal ticket revenue and draw will be made.
