Tomorrow it will be exactly 14 days since I posted my support ticket. I want my damned skills back!

I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 4 or 5 days AT MOST to get a reply to my support tickets in ANY other game or website. This is a first. How on earth can it take CCP 14 days to fix a HUGE issue like this, or really, just ANY issue?

Unacceptable. Totally and completely unacceptable!

In the same boat as most everyone else. I originally opened a ticket 3 weeks ago and received a response within 12 hours stating that the Devs were aware of skill loss issues and were working on a global fix, so I closed the ticket and waited. Supposedly the fix went live (for some) about 2 weeks ago. So I log in and see my total SP dropped nearly 3 million SP and I still didn't have the skills that should have been trained for 2 months prior. Opened another ticket 2 weeks ago, this time no timely 12 hour response, just static.

Wish a Dev would pop in and at least acknowledge that this is an on-going issue. Or at least respond to support tickets instead of flat ignoring us for 2 weeks... and counting..

My support ticket has been unresponded to as well. There must be a moratorium on responding to skill loss issues right now for whatever reasons.

It has now been 18 days since the "fix script" stole millions of skillpoints from people.
It has also been 18 days since I posted my support ticket - still no answer.

What is wrong with you, CCP? Simply undo the mistakes you made and give us back our SP.

Got an answer. It was about merging one my ticket with another. Still no help. Nice technical support CCP.

Update: Actually got an answer and it seems I somehow didn't level advanced weapon upgrades at all. While it's true i don't remember lvling it to lvl 5, i do remember lvling it to lvl 3 or 4. At least queuing it to lvlup to lvl 3 or 4. Still nice I actually got an answer and I now know what the problem was. Not nice not to have my beloved advanced weapon upgrades though :c

GM responded to my support ticket. Issue was resolved. It's easy to forget there are far more players than there are GM's and Dev's. Thankfully patience paid off. Hope everyone gets resolution!

My alt on another account lost a Prototype Cerebral Accelerator only 1 day into use (when Ascension hit). Submitted ticket that day, logged in today to find the ticket had been deleted (it was there a week or two ago).

Now I don't even care about losing the Blood Raider boosters on all my accounts when Ascension arrived, but the Prototype still had 13 days to go.

Submitted ticket again, crossing fingers.

i lost 5 mill sp after the update, i filed a ticket and the reply came back that i was missing no sp and nothing to see here...move on. wtf? lol

After submitting my 2nd ticket, got a reply the next day from a GM apologising for the delay and loss of previous ticket, and had unassigned SP added to the toon. Thanks CCP.

Wishing everyone else luck in getting their SP issue solved.
