Save yourself a lot of grief CCP, and for those that don't select a present, let them know 1 will be randomly selected for them. Or make one a default, that they will get if they don't opt in to select another one.

Sure, you'll still have complaints, but they'll have gotten something, and it might save you a bunch of headaches, going in and adding them later.


I agree you shouldn't have to do it, but I see where you're going back and taking petions from people to try to keep them happy. I think there would be less expectation to do something like that if it wasn't empty under their tannenbaum.

I'm more concerned with reducing CCP's workload. Personally I see them scrambling to try to make people less upset and inflating their petition queue. So, either way they're pandering. What I suggested would be an ounce of prevention vs. a pound of cure.
