No Interactive Tutorial

So I have an old account i used a trial on, 2-3 years ago, and since with Alpha i want to give it a go again.
I created 2 characters now to test it, and i don't get the new tutorial with VO.
Any ideas why?

Btw.

All new characters start with 500k skill points so unless your trial has more than that you may want to just use a new character.

Only new accounts get the new NPE for now

The NEW NPE is only available for New accounts at this time.

I specifically created a new account (at about 11.00 GMT today) and did not get the interactive tutorial, why not?

You should get the new tutorial with a new account. I don't know why CCP doesn't offer it with a new character on an existing account, but I am curious. Must be some harder to program in Python that I thought (J/K!) . Anyway, you can experience it by creating a new account. You can go back to your old account after if you want.

Probably because of the mini-skill extractor. Also, most of the tutorial rewards are redeemables and not mission rewards.

My choice of pronouns is based on your avatar. Even if I know what is behind the avatar.

A dev posted yesterday that the start time for the new NPE was 12:15pm.
