Email verification required

Cant access my main account, because I dont get any e-mail from CCP.
As the e-mail behind that account is a custom setup, I can view the mailservers log files. There are no incoming connections. CCP's zendesk support mails come through .. CCP you ****** up!

Now if you could FIX YOUR **** so that I can login to my null sec CEO again ..

well lucky i'm not the only one ,
they rejected my info@ email of my company on my accounds , and now i have to proove with a long prosess i'm the owner so they can change it ? well why you ppl changed that after 13 years ? its a perfect working e-mail

they just say :
Unfortunately, emails beginning with info@; mail@; admin@, etc. are not supported. If needed, I can change the email address on your account to re-enable access once we verify ownership.

you had to say it 13 and 10 years ago when i enterd it to create the accounds and pay for them not today

just remove this feature , the one B4 patch was working just perfect

getting fustrated

on one acc with a diferent email i get a code after like 30 minits , and then it says i have to use some kind of google auth app to get a code ? well i never asked for this and never activated app options or anything else

totaly lockede out on al my PAYING accounds

i'll give it another day but yhe...

iv got 8 accounts assigned to a Hotmail account that has blocked me from being able to accsess it which naturaly is convineint, ticket sent in and just waiting on the responces for it will update when I get more info

I just got my accounts back and would like to thank the GM's for their hard work and quick action on this subject

Customer service beyond a joke, as stated in posts above you must have been aware of the volume of unverified accounts prior to patch day. Yet still, all people are receiving is automated responses and no further replies with assistance.

CCP working hard to provide maximum account security. In fact my account is so secure now that i cant even access it myself! Thanks CCP, keep up the good work, and don't worry, we dont need any information or updates on the issue.

same issues for me being waiting over 24 hours now no reply from ccp except the automated mass response mail to say I still require assistance

To those who have received assistance, how long did you wait in total? Did you get any compensation in game time? I'm going on 32 hours without access to my other paid account and no word about how long I'll have to keep waiting. Wasted my time yesterday checking the ticket and email every so often because authentication codes could come late at any time but are only good for "10 minutes".

More information please. Set expectations or even just give us warnings that this may take a few days to sort out. It's common f'ing courtesy.

Only issue i have with this is that you need to verify your email to be able to resend email verification to verify your email.

Hello, still no answer after 23h for 14 of my accounts which emails were verified. Straight

Good thing I did, and still had to enter codes but I don't have access to thes accounts' mail anymore. You didn't say: make sure you are able to verify your already verified email for no reason.


I'm not mentally deficient and my password isn't qwerty123. I don't need your "security", I'm pretty sure nobody wants it.


Also last time I did a petition I had to wait for 10 days to get a response, I hope this will be faster.

It's interesting that they can email us a support confirmation ticket, but not an email verification ticket, even when they're the same address.

No doubt CCP falcon will reply soon like in another thread telling people not to rant as it's against the rules. Before you do that falcon, I ve had this account for over ten years and used the forums about 4 times... I am not a ranter I just can't believe the lack of support here for an issue you must have expected a multitude of tickets on. Instead of telling people off for writing in the forum get you support people to do their job or at least me access to the account I can cancel the credit card payments

For what it's worth, I had exactly the same issues, no verif. email received in 36 hours.

I just retried now, and bang, got my verif email in seconds. It's possible they've fixed the back end, so may be worth trying again

well

17th , day 3 no access to any of may PAYING accounds , good that all those F2P can play the game ...

i just don't see the issu why they block out info@ emails , its a perfect working e-mail , its the same email as my paypall accound where i pay the game time with

and nog i feel like i'm a criminal as i got a ticket reply (yes yes a reply on my info@ email) that i have to prove it are my accounds ?

In order to do this, I need to ask a few questions that will help me to establish that you are the account owner. Please provide the information listed below, and note that it is vital that it is as accurate and detailed as possible.
1. The full name used when the account was created (Your own name).
2. The date of birth registered at account creation. (Your own date of birth).
3. The email address used when the account was registered.
4. The username of the account.
5. The names of the characters located on the account.
6. The CD-key used to create the account (If a CD-key was used).
7. The last 4 digits of the credit card used to pay for the subscription (If a credit card was used).
8. The billing address for the credit card used to pay for the subscription (If a credit card was used).
Once received and verified all these details, I should be able to change the email address on your account.

I've started getting verification e-mails. Problem fixed. Hooray!

However now EVE launcher doesn't actually launch anything...

Come on I just want to buy plex to upgrade my account and I cant from 24 hours. Stuck on this Email address verification required. I have steam account and I even get the message and everything and it says Thank you for verifying your mail but it send me back to the Edit Account Information on the web every time to verify my email again.

Pls can someone help me pls.

Older account attached to closed college email address. Taking CCP ages to confirm that it's mine after sending needed info almost 2 days ago.
