wow, finally got my verification code right away after 2 days of bullsh.it.. guess ccp fixed something or i just got lucky.. Other guys with same problem try now and i hope you get it solved to.

I was so glad to see the patch comin' and after a quick look at the character sheet (very nice btw) I realized that my active skill in the training queue whom was about to be complete (about 1h until completion) has been reset to 4d 5h 43min !!!!!!!!!!!!

What's going on guys!?

Edit: It would appear that these skills are still in the database but not currently being displayed under their respective categories in the new skills window. In reconciling skill category totals to my grand total, I needed to add the point values I had trained in the missing skills to get the figures to tie out.

That is good news. Please keep the rare skills, as, even though they are functionally useless, they are rare and collectible items that add to the history and character of the game. Please also add them to their respective categories in the skills window.

And there's no way to check that address, other then the message, and that looks OK, but still no mail.

Have you go through the ownership method they mentioned? I myself am waiting on them to get to this issue ,I think it will be pretty obvious when they see who is paying for it.




I didn't do anything special other than try to log in again, and i finally received the confirmation email(1h ago). Be patient!

My partner cant login to his account that he has had for 4 years.

He cant verify email as its says email address is not supported by eve email provider and so far got no response from eve support tickets.

Is there any live support chat or anything he can do to solve this as to loose access to an account you have put 4 years of your life into is a bit disheartening.

It looks like that they use now some kind of domain whitelist. I use own domains and a own mail server.

I cannot open the ship fitting window, and the station service window has completely disappeared.
Is there a workaround? Ugh

I cleared the cache many times already.

I think I'll just do something else for the next days

I'm having the same issue. Looking over some older threads, they suggest deleting the file mentioned and allowing the launcher to re-create it, which didn't work for me. Other suggestions include going to %LOCALAPPDATA%\VirtualStore and finding the corresponding file in there (I didn't have it on my machine).

Still waiting on my ticket as well but I expect we'll be waiting a fair bit of time.

Would love to hear other suggestions, though!

Here's a common issue I've seen among newbies after the patch:

Problem
Modules sporadically and randomly seem to appear and disappear from the hotbar next to the capacitor while warping and jumping around. When they're gone, they can't be used even when using F-keys.

Cause
It seems problems are caused by (civilian?) modules that are fit to a non-Corvette bugging out. I worked with another player to try and identify his issue and to find a work around. He told me his modules could not be used, could not be removed (even when docked) and could not be offlined. It kept telling him the modules were "being moved to " as if they were stuck in a session change.

Work Around
After some hunting, the workaround was fairly simple. Repackaging the ship to force-unfit the stuck modules and then assembling it (without the modules stuck in session change, this time) did the trick. Downside is the loss of rigs if they were present, though.

Edit:
After testing some more to see if the problem was resolved, it appeared it was not. It seems the ship itself is somehow completely broken, even through re-assembly.

I have a omega account already and the sub is yearly and all the character slots are full.
is there a way I can make a separate alpha account to try out the new npe?
I know you can't run them both at the same time I just want to go through the npe.

OK.. Hoping to get some attention here as the only response I am getting on petitions is the generic form post response earlier in this thread.

I have 9 PAID accounts that I can not access in any way at the moment. When I attempt to access these in the launcher OR the website I get this message:

"Your email address xxx@yyy.com is unfortunately not supported by our email provider and we are unable to send/receive emails from this address. Please file a support ticket to have the issue resolved by following the link below.
Help Center – Account Recovery"


This link just takes you to a support article which in turn links to the "forgot password" page. None of these options work since your system "does not support" my email address.

I filed an open petition (without logging in since I cant) using this email address. Per the generic reply I got IN MY EMAIL MIND YOU, you know the one you can't support, I replied back that I "still needed assistance" as the instructions stated.

I got a mail rejection because your mail system (Office 365... Really???) had my mail server blacklisted. I have since verified that the server is on no blacklists and I have successfully completed the delisting process with office 365. After this I was able to reply to the support mail I received without issue or further rejection.

What galls me is that you have completely locked me out of MOST of my PAID accounts. I can not reset / recover password, I can not log into my account on the website to change to the email address I use on my other accounts that you did not lock out, I can not add the accounts to the launcher, etc etc etc.

This was clearly not well tested since you have no remediation process in place for this scenario which seems to be based on office 365's SPAM filters??? Really??? And even if you are basing it on this ... there is no functional reason .. even if my server is blacklisted.. to not SEND MAILS to me. Makes no sense.

Please let me know how to get this resolved. Based on previous experience, if I have to wait for a response to my support ticket and working through that process, it will be weeks before I have access again.

I had the problem with the message „We have detected that your browser has cookies bisabled…“. Problem is now solved for me!! As from other player mentioned before it has something to do with the time it takes the email with the code arrives. More than 10min and you get the „cookie-message“. CCP has now changed the time from 10 to 30min ( https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/213877545-Ascension-Known-Issues-and-Solutions ) .

If the email arrives after you ordered a new code within 30min and you enter the code before 30min is over (from the time you try to log in to EVE), no message anymore and you can log in. If the email takes longer than 30min or you wait too long to enter the code, you must order a new code and hope the mail comes within 30min.

Excavator Drones So why would you make Elite Drone AI's part of the materials to make these? Most of these drop in Drone NPC space and even then they are rare enough for a couple ppl to buy up all the ones on the market and sell for a **** ton.

That means for all of us players stuck in the other 5 regions of space will not have a chance of finding this on salvage loot let alone 50 for each drone. Whoever thought this would be a good item for the materials needs to find another job and stick there nose out of the indy side of things. You just made 5-10 ppl even more richer and left a ton of Rorq pilots without porper mining drones.
