Carrying on my earlier post I would like to say that posting on the forums, dev blogs and tweets IS not enough,

This is the point you are not getting, places that have always been used are not and never have been enough for policy changes that carry bans or affect cash purchases, I'm a gamer, I only come on the forums when i'm too drunk to play, only ever read dev blogs on hi sec mining changes (there never have been any about this toons war-dec profession) and the only person I know who reads tweets is my 13 year old niece.

Most people on the forums don't even have a current account.

THOUSANDS OF PAYING CUSTOMERS ARE LOSING AN ITEM THEY PAID FOR WITHOUT KNOWING ON THE DAY THIS GAME IS EXPECTING NEW PEOPLE TO ARRIVE AND START BUYING THINGS!

if there is a troll it is you, this is a genuine concern, it might be fine in some throwaway Korean or American browser MMO but not in a place some people have invested chunks of their lives.

A warning now and then in the endless emails, even if it is a link saying 'policy and rule changes' isn't much to ask for. All accounts as soon as you try to do anything on your account page now want an email verification, great, send us useful info.


and btw that item was never 'put' on the launcher, I only noticed it when I went to start some accounts and the 'dialogue box' covered the end of the account names with the post for a whole 10 seconds before moving to the next latest topic.

ps I deleted the last 3 lines of that post before posting, line 2 was 'it will be locked for rant'

you cant even get a decent point across here.

I must admit I find the whole locking of threads, moderation etc. to be the same as companies who delete bad customer feedback or posts on their facebook pages.

Out of date and nothing more than poor customer service. CCP wants more customers a good place to start is their customer service that seems buried in the dark ages.

With Serene's absence my salt stockpiles have been dwindling, thanks for the re-up Op.

He didn't get sufficient warning that his precious time-code was gonna stop working even though he openly admits he doesn't keep himself properly informed.
