Eve maxes out my connection when I undock.

I play on mobile internet, which works fine for all games, however I've been having this issue with Eve.

Whenever I undock, it maxes out my connection and I lag like mad.

Eve seems to be downloading something ( at around 550k/sec which is the most my connection can do).. sometimes it stops after a while, sometimes it lasts longer.

It doesn't happen when I'm docked up.

Any idea why it's doing that? :/
