Daredevil has too many turrets, and they're visually broken:

Thought I'd draw attention to this wee issue:

Daredevil graphics bug

The Daredevil has 5 turrets for some reason, including a tail turret that makes it look particularly handicapped (as indicated by wtf.)

In addition, the turret's gun body is separated from the housing, making the Daredevil look like a gay coatrack (as indicated by eww.)

Oh yeah, GTX 480 1.5gb.

one of the slots on the megathron results in 3 turrets too.

It looks almost like the gun housing is correctly sized, but the gun body is rendered too tiny. Like it needs to be stretched larger in all dimensions to fit the housing.

The daredevil is actually correct. One module slot can be represented by 3 turrets so you get full angle coverage. Check this devblog: http://www.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=blog&nbid=2335


Also the light neutron blaster model is correct. if you check the model ingame you should see that there is supposed to be a gap (light neutron blaster has one sided mount)

I could accept the other thing, but this is just dumb. The turret's clearly bugged graphicswise.

Yeah, when they came out w/ the new turrets, they decided that on some of the ships (well, more than some) they needed to add extra turret points b/c in their original brilliance some of the turrets didn't have full range, so they decided to add the extra hardpoint (looks worst on frigs) to cover the gap in range.
