Dead launcher

Since yesterday I can't even open the launcher - I get the spinning wheel of death, and Force Quit shows it as unresponsive. Tried reinstalling the launcher twice with no luck.

Is there a location somewhere that I need to clear of cache files or something to make it work, or logs I can access?

Logs can be found at /Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/CCP/EVE/Launcher.
