When searching on internet I found a solution to this problem under the same subject in another post by an EVE dev. team member and here it goes:

Try opening a command line window in your EVE install, and executing the following:
Quote:
repair.exe --safemode --ignore=*.stuff

And yet the problem is I don't know how to open a commend line in my EVE install.
I can open a normal command line but what's up with EVE install command line? It may be a beginner level pc user knowledge, so please don't kill me :)
