Shield recharge rate at 0%

I was just curious; what is the ratio between peak shield regeneration, and shield regeneration at 0% shields.

If I'm armor tanking, I'd just like to be able to know how much shield regeneration is helping (I know it won't be much, I'm just curious)

Peak's at around 30-33%, and is around double the rate you'll see on the fitting screen.

If your shields are full depleted, the rate is pretty much 0. It's a massive reduction from the normal rate. Like the recharge rate at 99%

The shield recharge formula is the same as the capacitor formula.
