I doubt anyone actually reads this thread, but Alpha clones have incorrect skill training durations for the currently trained skill in the app under some mysterious circumstances.

Here's an image of my skillqueue in the actual game compared to it in the phone app. My alt is training Gunnery 5, which shows up as 6d 14h in the app and 6d 16h in-game, so it seems that there's a flat error of 2 hours for the currently trained skill.

Actually now I'm not so sure if this is an Alpha clone specific issue anymore.

Since the last update it appears that the mobile app isn't refreshing all pilot details.

EVE Portal version 1.0.1

Issues noted:
After changing corps for 3 accounts the character details are not changing to reflect the new corp info
Only after a mail refresh does the corp icon update, but corp name stays with the previous.

Steps Taken:

Cleared app cache
Attempted to Relog pilot into the app

EBR-102730 Logged for caching issues

Attempted to reinstall pilots and data did not sync from current state in TQ.

My single character is connected.

Can you not add other accounts? The add button only lets me pick the same character again.

I'm also getting two notifications on my phone when the skill completes. Not sure if that's a feature.

Been trying to get into the app for the last few days.

Cannot get past "Not able to load character. Connection Error." error message. Does not matter how often I try.

Connected by WiFi, IOS

Notifications do not work on ios at all. Emails return connection error. Nobody cares.

Been hitting the "Authorize" button for 20 minutes now and still getting the same error message.

Same thing here.. Logged in fine.. even with the 2-factor auth. Get to the screen with my character name, and click the authorize button.. and "Connection Error"... On WI-FI, and 4G LTE.. .so no idea what the problem is.. Guess I'll wait a week or two, and try again...

I have some feature requests for the app:

- The summery screen could show the current active player count like the launcher does

- An option to collapse the ship photo and only show a line of text (ship x docked / undocked in solar system y)

- Mailing list import

- Wallet journal (not super important)

- Corp / Alliance / player created chat channel(s) (maybe)

Eve Minions is recruiting.

I would like notifications for:

  1. orders fulfilled
  2. being overbid or underbid
  3. PI job completion (or even better, nearly complete)

These are reasons I might log in unplanned, which is surely what notifications are good for!

Can someone from CCP please respond on this thread? Need a way to bug report this tool.

Right now I have multiple characters that do not update include corp details/skills training/image caching issues etc.

Bugs I've seen so far:


1. Having the same issue as Dominous.

I as well have a character that joined a new corp since I added them to the app. The are still listed as in previous NPC corp and the alliance field has not updated. Removing them from the app and re-logging them in did not update their information.

2. Multiple Push Notifications for Same event
I've logged in 3 characters across two accounts. After I did this, I am not getting 2 push notifications for the same event. Right now I've only been able to observe multiple push notifications for skill training and mail received events.

3. Mail Received Push Notification is missing text
This has started in the past week. When I get a mail notification, it does not show the email subject (blank ) and push description only has "from:" but no character name.

Thank you for taking the time to put together the app. I have to admit I have only been using it as a mail notification client so I can't speak to the other features. Here are my observations on an Android phone and with a single account:

1) The app is unresponsive at times with the E flashing so I know it's trying to do something. I have pretty good cell coverage and almost always WiFi coverage so I'm not sure why it gets stuck.

2) Pulling up evemail seems to be a lengthy process, it takes several minutes to load up evemail, even if it's a short one. I sometimes have to go to the character screen and then back to evemail for it to show new messages.

3) Alliance mails show up on notifications as coming from a blank character.

4) Links inside evemails, e.g. to evepraisal are not clickable.

5) If I decide to reply using the evegate site, a notification is sent to the phone showing a new message from me.

I like the concept of the app and that it allows me to be connected to Eve when i'm on the road but I would like to suggest that you simplify the app somewhat and make it more responsive before adding bells and whistles and fancy backgrounds.

The window for answering to a mail is too small. It's for mail, not for chat.
Pease, adjust it.

Not sure if you guys are still looking at this thread, or where the proper bug/feedback reports go. But as of today, the app is pushing mail i send as new messages and giving me a notification. Its slightly annoying.

I send a mil, get a ding that i have new mail, only to realize that no, its just what i sent. Which is not being sent to the alliance or corp.

Also, i have the setting ticked to show me war notification, and i'm not getting any. Even though i have 1 war currently going, no notice when declared or canceled.

I'd love to file a bug report but not sure if i should just use petition or not
