I'm in Jita 4-4, obviously the busiest system. Twice now I have tried to purchase a 5MN Y-TB Compact Microwarp Drive.
It has deducted the money from my wallet in each case. In one case, the market entry seemed to deduct one from the market. In the second case, that didn't seem to happen.

Just a heads up that there may be some kind of funky either delivery lag, or non-delivery of goods.

I'm not worried about the money I paid - I'm worried it could be happening to lots of players.

I'm over to file a bug report now.
