Adjustable tracking camera center

Previous to the new camera, it was possible to adjust where tracked objects were located on the screen, just by moving a small box that appeared when toggling to tracking camera. I really miss the ability to configure the tracking camera, so I decided to share it here. Are there any other players who want this back? I like the new camera, it's just that it would be nice if I could tune the tracking to my liking.
