Warp To not working

Hi,

I'm in FD-, and can't seem to get "Warp To" options for any Engineering Complexes on one of my alts.

No matter the range, all I get is "Approach" or "Dock" - and if I request to dock, and error message pops up saying I'm 2345677889085335km away from the structure.

Tried relogging - in the end I formed fleet with an alt who could warp to the structure and bookmarked a spot inside the docking ring, so was able to reach my EC that way.

Any ideas?

I was asking here in case it's something obvious I've missed. =)

Actually just used the launcher to run the client with default settings, and I'm not getting this issue... gonna play about with settings some more to see if I can identify where the issue is.

Just encountered this on live. I can't warp to a citadel. I only have the approach / dock - near proximity message. Same error message as well about needing to be within 2500m

I ran into this today - I had to leave system and come back in to get the proper options.

So, tried leaving system, and returning. Didn't clear the bug.

Tried changing just about every setting I had manual control over, and can't find a fix.

So did a full setting reset, and working now.

No idea.

Sorry for long delay - had a wee break over Christmas and New Year.

so, rumour has it a system jump will normally clear this bug.

But in my case it didn't, and in the end I went nuclear and cleared / reset all my preference settings, overview, etc.

Since then, I've had the bug once or twice on Sisi, where I've not been able to warp to ECs. A system jump has cleared the problem, but now I just use bookmark spots for warping to ECs, so haven't noticed the problem for a while.

Maybe clearing cache helps?
