Thanks for interesting to buying my character, but that bids is not really big for him, lets wait more, I want to get bids bigger. B/O 20 bil, but i will sell Kaziluta asap if bid will be 16bil and after 1h after bid 16bil i will sell him out if will be not bigger bid that another one.

to be honest, you have zero chance of getting anywhere near the price you want.

Its a poor JF pilot due to no JDC V, no JF V, Poor JF conservation, Gallente Freighter only level 4.
Its a poor BLOPS pilot due to BLOPS only Level 3, VERY Poor armor skills for the Sin (shiled is OK, but not great if you want to go that way for the sin) - decent(ish) drone skills though.

You will only EVER get the amount you want over the Skill extractor price if it purely focussed with no wasted skills.
Your character isnt.
It would currently need about 5-6 months to be great BLOPS and JF pilot.
