Ice belt finder chat channel?

I have already looked up a number of ice mining systems on dotlan. Obviously, these belts get mined out and aren't always active in a system.

Is there a public chat channel or on-line tool which tracks which ice belts are currently available?

The information you're looking for actually has value and thus I doubt you'd find people willingly advertising it for free. Maybe someone in the system who doesn't ice mine would tell you, but the people who keep track of when the next ice field will show up are going to keep that timer to themselves as giving it away would tend to reduce the amount of ice they can get from the field due to competing miners.
