EVE Launcher

I just wanted to add to this as i had this problem over the holiday. I pretty much have spent the last few days fixing this rather than enjoying the game..

What i finally did was delete everything including this, https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203613081-Clearing-client-settings-and-the-client-side-cache-data?flash_digest=dd12f5d516b7862b67f70a8f8e5b9b531aba0a52

and then reloading thru steam. Not sure if the steam step was necessary but after days of just doing all the other things this finally worked and is still working after multiple logins rather than working one time and then getting the whiteout.

good luck to you all having this issue, hope it works for you as well. not sure what the problem is but days fixing things i pay for is not what im into

some official fix would be better than having to sort it out on our time. just my 2 cents.

Hello, I am having the same isssue i am on Windows 10 64bit.
i play the game through steam and my buddy just started playing today.
The game worked fine about 3 months ag.
I tried both fixes and neither worked please help me eve support
