As we move closer to a full release of Dust 514, CCP CmdrWang and the Dust team would like to invite you to register for the opportunity to take part in the Mordu's Private Trials. Click on this link to read the full blog for details on how to register.

Update on Tuesday, January 3:

Scams involving DUST514 beta keys are not allowed. Much like EVE Online accounts, the DUST514 beta keys are non transferrable and selling them, or offering to sell them is thus prohibited.

Should I logon all my accounts and apply for the beta to stand a chance vs people that will do that to enter 'several' times into a lottery? =)
I think I even have three different emails registered and one thats only plexed. ^^

...Yes... I know, I wont do it, but other will and thus gain an unfair amount of advantage for getting a beta, limiting for the rest of us =(

Looks like a good game but I'm not buying a kiddiestation just to play it.

Why you insisted it to be PlayStation only is beyound my comprehension. I can only guess its was tied up with the sponsor insisting on it. Not making it a PC game will mean you will miss out on many potential PC subscribers.

Any chance for that beta to link up with sisi the same way it would link up with EVE when it's released so we can 'interact' with the beta participants ?

I also don't own a PS3 and unfortunately right now I can't afford one and most likely won't be able to in the near future (meaning next year) but I am eager to get to experience how it will connect with EVE.

Great! To get this clear:
- signing up here will get me the possibility that I will join the Beta starting within the upcoming three months
- joining Fanfest 2012 will guarantee me a Beta invite, for a run possibly later than this program starts
(?)

In essence, signing up now doesn't hurt, but I guess I shouldn't overlap with the account I register for Fanfest, right?
And: In no point of time a PS3 combo is involved? Hence, I'll watch the prices of these things drop after the holidays.

Well, they oughta know what to do with them hogs out there for shure.

Really all the CCP devs think that the players who pay to play EVE Online will buy a PS3 just to play Dust 514?
