So i'm hashing out an idea to local while mining ice.

Don't wanna read the mess below - New structures on the same grid would have shared access of assets for players/corps. A player can access all assets no mater which structure they are in. If the structure which provides the service is killed, the asset management

Simple idea - probably way to much work to make it work. It would be considered an ease of life change.
When players establish multiple structures on a single grid, their assets (or limited types of assets) are shared between the structures. Combat mechanics, asset safty and such would be the same.
There isn't a lot of difference in the function, just reduces the number of docking and undocking changes, and a few mouse clicks here and there.

Don't know fully how it would all work. Maybe an option in the access control for the new structures - where it could be turned on or off depending on the group. Could even have a citadel only module attached to it. Would at least add a persistant cost to the function.

*edited to make it a little less scrambled egg style thought plan.
