26 days from Tengu ( very good support skills for it, I.E defensive, t2 weaps)
T1,T2 frig capability.
Can do level 4 missions
Able to use t2 torps,heavy missiles.
Perfect for mission running or ratting.

I will use eve rules to sell If I decided to sell. If I dont sell I will use this to help me decide what I am worth.
