Launcher troubles

ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED"

I'v' tried the trick described in another post (deleting QTlauncher library) I've tried to remove the complete folder too.
I've downloaded ad replaced the launcher same message.

Same launcher works smoothly on my mac pro -> Yosemite 10.10.5 -ATI radeon 512Mo)

can you help me ?
