Just have in mind that Angel is weak on Explo and you need Kinetic/Explosive resists.

This leads to Projectile, Drone or Missile Boats.

For now I fly a Gila with Valk II since the MInmatar Drones deal Explo Damage.
Rigs
3 Purger Rigs
Lows:
3 DDA in low ( Damage Control might be a better Idea...but no risk no ISK)

Mids:
Explo/Kin Amplifier or Deflection Field
Large Shield Extender
Afterburner
Drone Tracking or Navigation Device

Use RLML and Drone Link Augmentorin Highslots but

Missile + Drones is Rattlesnake
no fitting
An Ishtar may always be used.
And I want to move to an Machariel with AUtocannons soon...

I mainly fly Minmatar ships, have a couple of Angel ships but rarely use them. I've found with the small and medium hull class Minmatar ships doing a speed / passive Shield fit (Extender) with active Resists module (Invulnerability) seems to work fairly good against Angel NPC's.

I usually try to do an Omni Resist fit by first plugging the hole in the shield with one Anti-EM rig and then boost it with Invul Field and Damage Control modules. The other 2 rig slots are usually fit with Field Purger rigs to help increase the passive shield recharge rate. I also usually add a Power Diagnostic System module which not only helps increase powergrid, it also increases Shield recharge, Shield HP, Capacitor recharge and Capacitor amount too.

Since Angels like to do Target Painting I keep my ships moving with an Afterburner on all the time. Most of my fits are set up with Autocannons for up close combat to deal high damage much quicker.

Medium and large hull class Minmatar ships already have a big signature radius so I usually go with active shield tank using Shield Booster with Amplifier modules due to the Target Paint Ewar done by Angel NPC's.

How you actually fit up ships depends a lot on your skill level and on your piloting tactics. It's no problem doing max fits when all of the Core Fitting skills are trained up. Since I've been playing this game for over 8 years now I do bling fits on my ships, including the T1 Frigates. The general fit up is still the same, just more expensive giving better ship stats.

For example, my original 8 year old Rifter Frigate (notice the rig size), basically it's retired now due to serving me very well in the past.

Along with having max skills I also have Augmentation Implants which help increase my ship stats :

Implant slots #1 to #5 are all Attribute +5 Improved

Hardwired slots for ship needs :
Slot #6 = Zainou 'Gnome' Shield Upgrades SU-605
Slot #7 = Zainou 'Gnome' Shield Management SM-705
Slot #8 = Poteque 'Prospector' Astrometric Rangefinding AR-806
Slot #9 = Zainou 'Gnome' Shield Operation SP-905
Slot #10 = Zainou 'Deadeye' Rapid Launch RL-1005

Here's some of my shield fits which you can use as a basic guide :
Jaguar Faction/Deadspace Fit

Rupture Tech 2 Fit

Gnosis Tech 2 Fit

Hurricane Fleet Issue Tech 2 Arty Fit

Loki Faction/Deadspace Fit

Anyway, I suggest getting a 3rd party app like EFT (Eve Fitting Tool) and import your characters skill level and do some mock fit ups first before spending any ISK in game. There's nothing worse than needlessly spending ISK in an attempt to duplicate another players fit up. May you have much success and lot's of good luck.

Another good source of fits is the Eve University wiki. There you will find fits broken down by ship, then by categories, e.g. new user friendly PVE, new user friendly PvP, T2 PVE, and common variations where you might fit a shield tank instead of an armor tank, and so on.

It's usually up to date, so would be better than just random googling on fittings for a particular ship, where you need to be careful as fits have changed to varying degrees over the last couple of years due to rebalancing and module re-naming.

Active shield MWD Artillery Cynabal can handle all (enterable, at its class) HS Angel sites fast and beat most incidental competition for the loot.

Ill be poopooed for recommending an expensive pirate ship, but its a very good, suitable and rematkably fast ship for finding and completing HS Angel sites.

Added advantage is you can use the Angel drops themself to augment your fit if you want/risk bling.

Armor Artillery Muninn has less overall dps (arguable), slower escape/transit, less capacitor, better resists, but lower hp pool, low slots are contested for armor vs gyros. and medium slots are only 3. Muninn also only has 2 rig slots, vs 3 for Cynabal. Muninns effective range is twice of Cynabal, and augmented by tracking and optimal bonus.

What the Cynabal has in raw DPS, the Muninn makes up with better tracking. What the Muninn has in resists, the Cynabal makes up with more med slots, +1 rig slot and larger hp pool/capacitor. The optimal range is not particularly relevant for HS Angel sites, and the Cynabal has a smaller sig and slightly more speed to offset this in kiting.

TLDR:
-As far as projectiles go, you got Cynabal or Muninn for this purpose.
-AC ships cant handle the Stasis Towers.
-Stabber/Vagabond have problems fitting Artillery and lose their speed tank vs Stasis Towers.
-If you are shield skilled, go Cynabal. If you are armor skilled, go Muninn.
-Cynabal is faster completion and transit to next site.
