Why doesn't mailing list management automatically kick off ex-members?

It's such chore managing your mailing list, kicking and blocking ex-members

Can we make it automatic please?

You add them when they join and take them off when they leave corp, how much work can that really be, unless your corp is a revolving door in which case you may have bigger problems to deal with,

Besides that there are people that have left corp I was or am currently in that we want to stay on the mail list your idea would make that impossible.

I like to keep in touch with my ex corp mates. Don't nerf my game because you are lazy.


As it stands now, corp mail only goes to corp members, so when they leave corp they are off the list. If you're asking that leaving corp removes you from all player related mailing lists - that's insane. How would CCP figure out which mailing lists go with which corp? New code to assign links to player made mailing lists to enable you to link a mailing list to a corp? I think it's much easier if you just delete the guys that leave.

An alternative solution is to run with a small enough group that this task isn't so daunting for you.
