XML API Unclosed tags!

Getting errors with all xml parsers i used. When i query for WalletJournal i get broken XML file. with unclosed tags.

Error on-> Line :9 Column :1
Message :Couldn't find end of Start Tag row line 8

Error on line 9: Attribute name "re" associated with an element type "row" must be followed by the ' = ' character.
